What is Hypnosis?
You are ALWAYS in control of your experience
Hypnosis is a form of guided meditation where a person has a goal in mind and accesses the subconscious mind to instill a desired outcome. It can be equated to being deeply absorbed in a good book or movie, where you're very focused and open to a story's narrative. Imagine feeling incredibly relaxed and calm, and in this state, you're more receptive to positive, helpful, healing beliefs and guidance. Even though you're very relaxed, you're still aware and in control of your experience.
Rewiring Patterns.
In a state of hypnosis, we tap into our alpha brain waves to bypass the conscious mind, which only processes about 10% of our daily activities.
This allows us to access the subconscious mind, which handles the remaining 90% of our daily functions. By doing so, we can more effectively address and modify deeply ingrained habits, thoughts, and behaviors.
The CONSCIOUS mind will:
-
Rationalize & Analyse
-
Plans
-
Stores short-term memory

The SUBCONSCIOUS mind processes:
-
Your belief system
-
Long-term memory
-
Emotion and feeling
-
Involuntary bodily functions
-
Developmental stages
-
Creativity
-
Spiritual connection
-
Intuition
